Krúžkový zakladač Herma Folder Cherry Blossom 7,0 cm pre A4 podklady

Herma Folder Cherry Blossom is a ring binder designed to hold A4 documents with a 7.0 cm spine capacity. The binder provides a decorative Cherry Blossom design on the cover while offering standard A4 compatibility for filing, archiving and transporting papers. It secures loose sheets and reports with a reliable ring mechanism and includes a durable cover that helps protect contents from bending and light wear.

Advantages

The ring binder combines a compact 7.0 cm spine capacity with a traditional A4 ring mechanism to store a substantial number of documents without increasing desk clutter. The Cherry Blossom design provides a distinctive visual appearance that supports quick identification on shelves. The binder is made from robust cover materials that resist creasing and support repeated opening and closing, and the ring mechanism is engineered for smooth operation and secure fastening.

How to use

Open the ring mechanism, align punched A4 sheets with the rings and close the mechanism until it locks securely. Place the binder upright on a shelf with the spine visible for easy retrieval, or lay it flat for transport. To avoid overfilling, monitor the thickness of inserted documents relative to the 7.0 cm spine; remove or archive older pages if the rings do not close fully.

Recommendations

Store the binder on a dry, flat surface away from direct sunlight to preserve the Cherry Blossom finish. Use standard A4 punched paper and avoid forcing non-punched or oversized items into the ring mechanism to prevent deformation. For long-term archiving, consider grouping documents in clear sleeves before inserting them into the binder to protect against dust and frequent handling.
