How to use

Switch off power supply at the circuit breaker before beginning installation. Remove the existing cover plate if present, position the Gira 027028 cover over the standard single-gang mounting frame or box, and secure it with the appropriate screws. If needed, break out the designated section to allow cable passage or to accommodate a connector. Restore power and verify correct alignment and secure fit.

Recommendations

For safe installation, follow local electrical regulations and, if unsure, have the cover fitted by a qualified electrician. Use the break-out section only as needed and avoid forcing fittings to prevent damage to the plate.
