How to use

Before fitting, ensure the power to the circuit is turned off and the existing mechanism is accessible. Align the Gira E2 cover frame with the installed E2 mechanism and press into place until it sits flush with the wall. The screwless design will conceal the fixing points; ensure the underlying mechanism is correctly fixed according to the mechanism’s installation instructions. For removal, gently pry the frame at an edge to disengage it from the mechanism.

Recommendations

Use this cover frame only with compatible Gira E2 mechanisms to ensure correct fit and safe installation. Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the matt finish. If unsure about electrical work, consult a qualified electrician for installation or replacement.
