Krycia doska DELOCK 67416 – kovové príslušenstvo do racku so 4 vstavanými ventilátormi, tmavosivá

DELOCK 67416 cover plate is a metal rack accessory designed for installation in 19-inch server or network cabinets. The dark grey, 2U-high plate integrates four built-in fans to provide active ventilation and improve airflow inside densely populated equipment enclosures. Supplied as a single unit, the cover plate fits standard 19" mounting and helps maintain stable operating temperatures for installed hardware.

Advantages

The metal construction provides structural strength and electromagnetic shielding while the integrated fans deliver continuous air movement to reduce heat buildup. Its 2U form factor and 19" compatibility allow straightforward installation into standard racks. The dark grey finish offers a neutral, professional appearance and resists visible wear in common equipment environments.

Suitable for

• Improving cooling in 19" server racks and network cabinets
• Active ventilation of densely populated equipment enclosures
• Replacement or upgrade of existing blanking panels with fan-assisted airflow
• Use in server rooms, data closets, and telecom cabinets requiring controlled airflow

Key specifications

• Form factor: 2U height compatible with 19" racks
• Material: metal housing for durability and rigidity
• Colour: dark grey finish
• Integrated components: four built-in cooling fans for active ventilation
• Mounting: designed for standard 19" rack mounting, with mounting hole diameter approximately 4.5 mm
• Pack contents: one cover plate per package

How to use

Install the cover plate into an available 2U space in a 19" rack following the cabinet manufacturer's guidance. Secure the plate using suitable rack screws through the provided mounting holes (approximately 4.5 mm diameter). Connect the fans to the appropriate power source or fan controller within the rack according to the fan wiring and voltage requirements supplied with the system. Verify airflow direction and ensure no obstructions block intake or exhaust paths. After installation, monitor cabinet temperatures to confirm improved ventilation.

Recommendations

Place the cover plate where airflow is most needed, typically above or between heat-generating devices. Ensure regular inspection and cleaning of fan intakes to prevent dust accumulation and maintain performance. Use compatible fan power or control interfaces provided by the rack or server equipment to manage fan speed and noise as required.
