Kryt klávesnice Cherry Wetex pre G84-5500, 89 klávesov, 0,25 mm, transparentný

Protective keyboard cover Cherry Wetex for G84-5500 (89 keys) is a transparent 0.25 mm overlay designed to protect the keyboard from liquid spills, dust and dirt while maintaining key visibility and tactile feedback. It fits the European 89-key layout and is easy to place and remove for cleaning or temporary use in shared or harsh environments.

Advantages

WetEx® material provides conditional resistance to oils and petrol, and resistance to dishwashing liquid and isopropyl alcohol. Under normal conditions the material endures more than 10 million operating cycles. The cover prevents contamination from spills and debris without significantly altering typing feel, and its transparent finish preserves key legends for easy reading.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This cover is thin (0.25 mm) and designed for splash, dust and light chemical resistance; it is not intended as a substitute for full waterproofing under continuous immersion. For environments exposing the keyboard to aggressive solvents beyond isopropyl alcohol or prolonged contact with fuels, a specialized heavy-duty or sealed keyboard may be more appropriate.

How to use

Align the cover with the keyboard so each key is covered by the corresponding dome, then press gently to seat the overlay. Remove by lifting from one corner and peeling off for cleaning. Clean the cover with mild detergent or isopropyl alcohol as indicated by material resistance; allow it to dry completely before reapplying. Regularly remove and clean both cover and keyboard to prevent debris buildup.

Recommendations

For best results, use the Cherry Wetex cover in environments with occasional spills and dust. Remove periodically for cleaning and avoid prolonged exposure to strong solvents or continuous immersion in liquids.
