Kryt puzdra Rittal SV 9677.410, polykarbonátové puzdro, čierna, jednodielny

Rittal SV 9677.410 is an enclosure cover manufactured from polycarbonate and supplied as a single-piece black housing. Designed to provide a protective barrier inside control cabinets, junction boxes and equipment enclosures, this cover helps prevent accidental mechanical contact and limits dust ingress around cable connection areas. The non-conductive polycarbonate construction offers electrical insulation while maintaining dimensional stability and impact resistance appropriate for many indoor industrial and commercial applications.

Advantages

The polycarbonate material provides reliable electrical insulation and good resistance to impact, enabling secure protection of internal components without adding conductive surfaces. The single-piece design simplifies installation and reduces the number of fasteners or assembly steps required. Its black finish offers a neutral appearance and can help conceal wiring and components while remaining compatible with standard enclosure mounting arrangements. The cover is shaped to improve protection in cable connection areas, helping to ensure contact hazard protection where needed.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the cover over the intended opening or component area inside the enclosure, aligning any built-in mounting features with existing enclosure attachment points. Secure the cover using the enclosure's compatible fasteners or clips as required by the mounting design. Ensure cable routing is arranged so that cables enter through intended openings and the cover provides a continuous barrier around connection points. After installation, verify that access to serviceable parts is maintained and that the cover does not interfere with ventilation patterns or heat-generating components.

Recommendations

Use the cover in indoor environments or protected outdoor locations where UV exposure and extreme weather are limited; avoid direct prolonged sunlight if long-term color stability is important. Confirm compatibility with the specific enclosure model and mounting method before installation, and follow applicable electrical safety standards when fitting covers near live conductors. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid aggressive solvents that can damage polycarbonate.
