The high-output 1700 W motor provides sustained torque for dense doughs and continuous operation. The 6.7 L bowl increases batch capacity, making the mixer suitable for families, gatherings or testing recipes. The mixer is engineered for stable, reliable performance and improved mixing consistency across a range of speeds and attachments.

Suitable for

• Kneading bread, pizza and pastry dough
• Whipping cream, egg whites and mousses
• Mixing cake batter, cookie dough and sauces
• Preparing larger batches for gatherings or small-scale production

Key specifications

• Motor power: 1700 W
• Bowl capacity: 6.7 litres

• Functions: kneading, whipping, mixing
• Designed use: home and semi-professional kitchens

How to use

Place the bowl on the mixer base and attach the appropriate accessory for the task—dough hook for kneading, whisk for whipping, or paddle for general mixing. Add ingredients to the bowl, secure the head and choose a suitable speed setting. Start at a low speed to incorporate ingredients, then increase as needed. Monitor the process and stop periodically to scrape the bowl if required. After finishing, switch off the machine, unplug it, remove the accessory and clean the bowl and attachments according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

The ETA Gratus Kuliner II Origin performs best when used within recommended capacity limits and with attachments matched to the task. For heavy doughs, use lower speeds and allow the motor to rest during long continuous operation. Regular cleaning and correct assembly enhance durability and ensure consistent mixing results.
