KVM extender Icron Raven 3124 vysielač a prijímač

The Icron Raven 3124 Transmitter & Receiver KVM extender provides a wired solution for extending keyboard, video and mouse connections up to 200 meters. Designed for stable remote access, the system supports USB Type‑A peripheral connections for local keyboard and mouse and enables data transfer rates up to 5000 Mbit/s. With a wide AC input voltage range of 100–240 V and a compact grey enclosure, the Raven 3124 is intended for environments that require reliable distance connectivity between computers and human‑interface devices.

Advantages

The extender delivers consistent wired performance over long runs, reducing latency and signal degradation compared with many wireless alternatives. Support for USB Type‑A ports simplifies integration with standard keyboards and mice without additional adapters. The broad AC input range allows deployment in different regions and power conditions. The compact form factor and neutral grey finish facilitate unobtrusive installation in server rooms, control stations or desktop setups.

Suitable for

• Remote desktop control in control rooms and command centres
• Workstations where computers are located in a secure or climate‑controlled room
• Industrial or laboratory setups requiring extended USB and video reach
• AV installations where keyboard and mouse control must be placed away from the host PC

Key specifications

• Maximum transmission distance: 200 metres (wired)
• USB connector type: USB Type‑A for local keyboard and mouse connections
• Data transfer speed: up to 5000 Mbit/s
• Power input range: AC 100–240 V

How to use

Connect the transmitter unit to the host computer and the receiver unit to the remote workstation using the appropriate wired cable infrastructure. Plug local keyboard and mouse into the receiver’s USB Type‑A ports. Ensure both units are powered from AC sources within the 100–240 V range and complete any manufacturer-supplied link or pairing steps. Verify video and USB devices are recognised by the host operating system and adjust display settings as required for optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use high-quality shielded cabling and stable power sources. Keep cable runs within the specified maximum distance and avoid routing cables near large electromagnetic interference sources. If deploying in an industrial environment, verify environmental and mounting requirements with the manufacturer documentation before installation.
