Key specifications

• Format: A4 (suitable for A4 paper and similar-size items)
• Film thickness: 160 micron (total thickness per pouch)
• Pack quantity: 100 pouches
• Finish: clear, low-glare surface for readability
• Type: thermal laminating pouches for use with compatible laminators

How to use

Place the document centrally inside a pouch, ensuring edges are aligned and any loose particles are removed before laminating. Feed the sealed edge of the pouch into the laminator first according to the laminator manufacturer's instructions to avoid jams and ensure even heating. Allow laminated items to cool flat after exit from the machine to set the bond and prevent warping. For best results, use with laminators rated for pouches of 160 micron thickness and follow the equipment's recommended temperature and speed settings.

Recommendations

Store pouches flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Verify laminator compatibility with 160 micron pouches before use; when laminating important originals, test with a non-critical sheet to confirm settings. Avoid laminating heat-sensitive materials or items with wet ink that may smear.
