LAN patch kábel ShiverPeaks 75210-50H Cat 5e F/UTP bezhalogénový 50 m

ShiverPeaks 75210-50H Cat 5e F/UTP halogen-free 50 m is a network patch cable intended for Ethernet and general data network connections. The cable's Cat 5e specification supports common Ethernet speeds and the F/UTP shielding (foil around the twisted pairs with unshielded outer jacket) reduces electromagnetic interference to improve signal reliability over the full 50 m length. The halogen-free outer jacket limits toxic gas and corrosive residue in case of fire, making it suitable for indoor installations where low smoke and low halogen properties are required.

Advantages

The F/UTP construction provides improved protection against external electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded variants, supporting stable data transmission in environments with nearby electrical equipment. A halogen-free sheath reduces the release of harmful gases and corrosive by-products in thermal incidents, which is important for enclosed or public spaces. The 50 m length covers longer runs between network equipment without the need for multiple connectors, and the Cat 5e specification ensures compatibility with a wide range of network devices.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling in offices and commercial interiors
• Connecting switches, patch panels and routers
• Ethernet links up to Cat 5e performance requirements
• Environments where reduced halogen emission is desired

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil-shielded twisted pairs)
• Outer sheath: halogen-free material
• Length: 50 m
• Typical supported use: Ethernet and data networking

How to use

Install the patch cable by connecting RJ45 plugs at each end to corresponding ports on network devices such as switches, routers or patch panels. Ensure connectors are fully seated and locked to maintain proper contact. Route the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic noise where possible and avoid tight bends or crushing to preserve cable performance. For structured cabling, run the cable along intended cable trays or conduits and terminate according to your installation standards.

Recommendations

For optimal results, test the installed link with suitable network testers to verify continuity and signal quality. Avoid exceeding recommended bend radius and keep the cable clear of high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Replace cables showing physical damage or degraded performance.
