LANBERG kábel na zmenu pohlavia konektora HDMI (samec) na DVI-D (samica, 24+5) čierny, 1920x1080@60Hz, ABS puzdro

The Lanberg AD-0014-BK Cable Gender Changer converts an HDMI connection to a DVI-D (F) (24 + 5) interface in a compact black form factor. Designed to link HDMI source devices with DVI-D displays or projectors, this adapter provides a straightforward way to reuse existing cables and equipment without complex configuration. Its small footprint makes it suitable for use in home entertainment setups, office workstations and professional AV installations where an HDMI output must interface with a DVI-D input.

Advantages

This adapter offers a simple physical conversion between HDMI and DVI-D (F) (24 + 5) connectors without requiring signal conversion hardware. The black housing provides a discreet appearance that blends with most AV equipment. Being compact and lightweight, the adapter is convenient to carry and install in tight spaces where longer adapters or active converters would be impractical.

Suitable for

• Connecting an HDMI source (laptop, media player, set-top box) to a DVI-D display or projector
• Temporary or permanent AV installations where HDMI-to-DVI-D physical adaptation is needed
• Environments requiring a compact gender changer to adapt cable ends without replacing existing cabling

Key specifications

• Connector 1: HDMI
• Connector 2: DVI-D (F) (24 + 5)
• Product colour: Black

How to use

Align the HDMI plug on the source device with the adapter’s HDMI socket and insert it firmly but gently. Attach a DVI-D male cable to the DVI-D (F) end of the adapter and secure the connection as required by the DVI cable design. No software or power supply is needed; once connected, the display should detect the input from the HDMI source. For best results, ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct input/output modes.

Recommendations

Use this passive gender changer when the HDMI source supports outputting a compatible DVI-D signal. Do not use the adapter for audio transmission since DVI-D does not carry audio; use a separate audio connection if sound is required. Avoid excessive bending or strain on connected cables and keep connections free of dust and debris to maintain reliable signal quality.
