LANBERG sieťový kábel Cat8.1 S/FTP (S-STP) RJ-45–RJ-45 čierny 0,25 m

LANBERG networking cable Cat8.1 S/FTP (S-STP) RJ-45–RJ-45 Black 0.25 m is a short high-performance patchcord designed for advanced data center and server-rack environments. With S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and durable RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this 0.25 m cable provides improved protection against crosstalk and electromagnetic interference compared with lower-category cables, making it suitable for high-frequency, short-distance connections between switches, patch panels and servers.

Advantages

The Cat8.1 construction with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding ensures reliable signal integrity and reduced interference in dense rack installations. The 0.25 m length minimises excess cabling and helps maintain tidy patching between adjacent ports. Standard RJ-45 straight male connectors ensure compatibility with common network equipment while the black jacket provides a discreet appearance in professional installations.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the port of a network device (for example a switch or server) and the other RJ-45 end to the corresponding port on the adjacent device or patch panel. Use the short 0.25 m length to create tidy, short links in rack layouts or between devices located close together. Verify link LEDs and device settings to confirm proper connection and negotiated speed.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep the cable routed without sharp bends and avoid running it alongside high-power electrical cables. Use this Cat8.1 S/FTP patchcord where short, high-frequency, shielded connections are required; for longer runs select an appropriate cable category and length.
