LANBERG sieťový kábel U/UTP Cat5e LCU5-10CC-0305-BK 305 m, 24 AWG CCA, 5 mm, PVC plášť, čierny

The Lanberg LCU5-10CC-0305-BK U/UTP networking cable is a 305 meter spool of category 5e cable designed for structured Ethernet cabling. It features an unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) design suitable for typical data and voice networks. The cable’s black outer jacket provides a discreet appearance for equipment rooms, office runs, or visible cabling routes while offering consistent electrical characteristics across the full 305 m length.

Advantages

This U/UTP cable offers reliable signal integrity for Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet links within the limits of category 5e performance. The 305 m length on a single spool reduces the need for joins and intermediate couplers in long runs. The black polyethylene PVC jacket resists mechanical wear in standard indoor installations and presents a uniform visual finish when exposed in racks or trunking.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Horizontal and backbone Ethernet wiring in offices and data closets
• Patch panels and keystone jack terminations
• Home networking and multimedia distribution
• Temporary network deployments at events or construction sites

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Category: Cat5e
• Length: 305 m
• Color: Black
• Conductors: 4 twisted pairs
• Outer jacket: PVC (indoor use)

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the spool, allowing extra cable for routing and terminations. Strip the outer jacket and untwist the pairs only as much as necessary to terminate to RJ45 keystone jacks or patch panels following standard wiring schemes (T568A or T568B). Use appropriate cable management such as cable ties, trays, or conduits to avoid sharp bends and maintain the cable’s minimum bend radius. Test each link with a cable tester after termination to verify continuity and pair mapping.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep U/UTP Cat5e cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large motors, fluorescent ballasts, or unshielded power cables. Maintain proper separation from electrical wiring, avoid exceeding recommended run lengths for Ethernet segments, and use certified connectors and patch panels for reliable long-term operation.
