LAPP ÖLFLEX® SPIRAL 400 P špirálový kábel, 12 x 1 mm², sivý, stiahnutý 500 mm / natiahnutý 1500 mm 70002670

For applications where cables must stretch and retract repeatedly without tangling or fatigue, the ÖLFLEX® SPIRAL 400 P from LAPP stands apart. Its spiral construction combines a compact retracted length of 500 mm with a working extension up to 1500 mm, giving machinery the freedom to move while keeping cable runs tidy. The 12-core design with 1 mm² fine-wire bare copper conductors handles control and signal tasks in tight, dynamic spaces. A grey PUR outer sheath delivers very good abrasion resistance, good oil resistance, and reliable UV stability, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Highlights

• Spiral form: retracts to 500 mm, extends to 1500 mm for moving machine parts
• 12 cores × 1 mm² fine-wire bare copper conductors for flexible control circuits
• PUR outer sheath: very good abrasion resistance, good oil resistance, UV resistant
• Flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2
• Wide temperature range: -30°C to +70°C flexing, -40°C to +80°C fixed
• Nominal voltage 300/500 V, test voltage 3000 V
• Minimum bending radius: 10 × outer diameter (flexing)

In daily use

This spiral cable is engineered for machine tools, robotics, material handling systems, medical equipment, and automotive production lines. When a tool head moves, the cable extends smoothly; when it returns, the spiral coils back without kinking. The fine-wire copper conductors maintain signal integrity through constant flexing, while the PUR jacket shrugs off oil splashes, mechanical wear, and sunlight. Installers appreciate the predictable retracted length for clean cable management and the generous extension for full travel.
