The LC-Power LC-35U3-Becrux-C1 is a black external HDD enclosure for one 3.5" SATA drive. Constructed with an aluminium body, it provides improved heat dissipation and a modern, stylish appearance. The enclosure connects via a USB Type-C (USB 3.1 Gen 2 / USB 3.2 Gen 2) interface for high-speed data transfer and is compatible with SATA, SATA II and SATA III drives.

Advantages

Aluminium construction enhances thermal management and durability while keeping the enclosure lightweight. USB Type-C (USB 3.1 Gen 2) support enables superspeed transfers up to the host and drive limits. The unit supports standard 3.5" SATA drives, offering straightforward plug-and-play use for expanding storage or performing backups.

Suitable for

• Expanding desktop storage with a 3.5" SATA HDD
• Backing up large files and system images
• Transferring large datasets between computers with USB-C ports
• Temporary use of internal 3.5" drives externally (drive testing or cloning)

The drive should be recognised by the operating system as an external disk; format or partition the drive if necessary before first use.

Recommendations

Place the enclosure on a stable, well-ventilated surface during operation to allow aluminium heat dissipation. Use a USB 3.1 Gen 2 / USB-C port on the host for optimal transfer speeds and ensure the internal drive has compatible SATA interface and sufficient cooling for sustained workloads.
