Rovný káblový nosný systém CABLOFIL CM000061 — pozinkovaná oceľ, 50 mm Š × 54 mm H × 3 m D

CABLOFIL CM000061 is a straight, horizontal cable tray constructed from galvanized steel, with external dimensions of 50 mm width, 54 mm depth and a length of 3 m. Designed for routing and supporting power, signal and data cables in industrial and commercial installations, this cable tray delivers organized cable runs and mechanical support while allowing natural ventilation around cable bundles.

Advantages

The galvanized steel construction provides corrosion resistance suitable for many indoor and covered installation environments. The straight 3 m lengths simplify long runs and reduce the number of joints required. Open wire construction and 54 mm depth allow airflow around cables, helping heat dissipation and easier inspection. The product integrates with boltless slot-and-tab systems and pre-fitted couplers used in the Cablofil range to speed up alignment and connection during installation.

How to use

Position the straight tray lengths along the planned cable route and join adjacent lengths using the Cablofil-compatible couplers or the tray’s slot-and-tab connection method. Secure the tray to supports, brackets or mounting hardware suitable for wall, ceiling or floor fixing, following local regulations and load requirements. Lay cables into the tray, keeping separation between power and signal cables where required and using cable ties or separators if needed to maintain order. Allow space at access points for inspection and future additions.

Recommendations

Verify load capacity and support spacing according to installation standards and the combined weight of contained cables. Use appropriate corrosion protection or alternative finishes if the tray is installed in exposed or aggressive environments. When fabricating bends or fittings on site, follow Cablofil guidance to preserve structural integrity and ensure secure connections.
