Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 4 - Ryzen AI 5 330 / 32 GB / 1 TB SSD / 16 inch WUXGA / Win 11 Pro / čierny

The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 4 (type 21Y4) is a 16-inch business laptop built for professionals who need dependable performance, strong security and all-day productivity. It pairs the AMD Ryzen AI 5 330 processor with 32 GB of fast DDR5 memory and a spacious 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, all behind a roomy WUXGA display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and an anti-glare matte finish.

Advantages

The AMD Ryzen AI 5 330 (Krackan Point, 4 nm) combines four cores and eight threads with a dedicated XDNA 2 NPU rated at up to 50 TOPS, accelerating everyday multitasking, video calls and on-device AI features while keeping power draw efficient. Integrated AMD Radeon 820M graphics drive the crisp 16:10 panel and external monitors without a separate graphics card. With 32 GB of DDR5-5600 memory the system handles large spreadsheets, dozens of browser tabs and light virtualisation with ease, and the two SO-DIMM slots keep memory user-upgradeable to 64 GB. The generous 1 TB NVMe SSD leaves ample room for applications, virtual machines and large project files. The WUXGA screen offers more vertical working space than a standard 16:9 display, the anti-glare matte finish cuts reflections in bright offices, and 400-nit brightness keeps text sharp. A fingerprint reader, a TPM and a webcam privacy shutter help protect sensitive business data, while Wi-Fi 7 and a wired Gigabit Ethernet port keep you connected.

Suitable for

• Office, finance and administrative professionals running productivity suites and browser-based apps
• Power users who keep many applications, browser tabs or light virtual machines open at once
• Hybrid and remote workers who need clear video conferencing and a sharp 16-inch display
• Business fleets needing a durable, serviceable 16-inch ThinkPad with hardware security and both wired and wireless networking

Power on, complete the Windows 11 Pro setup and enrol your fingerprint in Windows Hello for secure, password-free sign-in. Connect to the network over Wi-Fi 7 or the built-in Gigabit Ethernet port, and use a USB-C port to attach a docking station, external displays or fast external storage. The USB-C port also charges the laptop with the supplied 65 W adapter.

Recommendations

Note this configuration ships with a German (QWERTZ) keyboard layout and a German-localised Windows 11 Pro image. For business deployments, enable BitLocker drive encryption, keep the webcam privacy shutter closed when not in use, and connect a USB-C dock to drive multiple external monitors from a single cable. The two SO-DIMM slots make it easy to expand memory up to 64 GB later.
