Lepiaca páska TESA 4952 vnútorné použitie 50 m biela hladký povrch 80 °C

Tesa 4952 Indoor Use 50 m White Smooth Surface 80 °C is a double-sided adhesive tape designed for secure indoor fastening on smooth substrates. With a length of 50 m and a width of 25 mm, this white tape combines a high elongation at break with a moderate thickness to provide reliable bonding where flexibility and surface conformity are needed. The tape withstands temperatures up to 80 °C and is intended for non-outdoor, interior applications.

Advantages

The tape offers a high elongation at break (200%) that allows it to absorb movement and stress between joined materials while maintaining adhesion. Its thickness of 1.15 mm gives a balance between strength and conformability on even surfaces. Designed specifically for smooth substrates, the adhesive provides consistent initial tack and long-term holding power at typical indoor temperatures up to 80 °C.

Suitable for

• Bonding trim, mouldings and decorative profiles on smooth interior surfaces
• Mounting lightweight panels and signs inside buildings
• Joining plastics, metals and coated surfaces where a clean, white finish is required
• Temporary or semi-permanent fixes where moderate heat resistance is necessary

Key specifications

• Length: 50 m
• Width: 25 mm
• Thickness: 1.15 mm
• Elongation at break: 200%
• Color: white
• Intended use: indoor, smooth surfaces
• Maximum temperature resistance: 80 °C

How to use

Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose particles before applying the tape. Cut the required length, remove the liner and apply the tape firmly to the first surface, smoothing it to remove air pockets. Align the second surface and press together with even pressure to ensure good contact. For best results, apply pressure over the bonded area and allow the adhesive to develop full strength at room temperature.

Recommendations

Use on smooth, non-porous substrates for optimal adhesion. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, excessive moisture or temperatures above 80 °C for prolonged periods. When bonding sensitive paints or delicate surfaces, test on a small hidden area first to check for compatibility and clean removal if required.
