Lepiaca plsť 3M MF2001 12 cm x 15,2 m — priemyselná obojstranná bondovacia plsť

3M MF2001 adhesive fleece is an industrial double-sided bonding fleece supplied as a 12 cm wide roll with 15.2 m length. Designed for joining, mounting and lamination tasks, the product delivers a consistent adhesive layer suitable for a variety of substrates used in production, assembly and repair operations. The fleece construction provides conformability on uneven surfaces and simplifies handling during manual or automated application.

Advantages

The adhesive fleece offers uniform bond strength across the roll and reliable tack for immediate positioning. Its double-sided construction eliminates the need for separate liquid adhesives in many applications and reduces curing time. The thin profile maintains low build-up while providing good shear and peel resistance. The roll format and liner backing enable controlled dispensing, cut-to-length convenience and reduced material waste.

Suitable for

• Permanent or semi-permanent bonding of plastics, metals, composites and foams
• Lamination and panel assembly in industrial manufacturing
• Mounting trim, badges, nameplates and decorative profiles
• Repair and retrofit work where a thin, durable bond is required
• Applications requiring even adhesive coverage and easy handling

Key specifications

• Format: double-sided adhesive fleece on a roll
• Width: 12 cm
• Length: 15.2 m
• Construction: thin, conformable fleece carrier with pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides
• Typical performance: immediate tack, good shear and peel resistance for permanent or semi-permanent bonds
• Handling: supplied with release liner for clean application and cutting to size

How to use

Ensure both surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry and free of oil, dust or loose particles. Measure and cut the required length of adhesive fleece from the roll, remove the release liner on one side and apply the fleece to the first substrate using firm pressure to ensure full contact. Remove the remaining liner and align the second substrate, then press together evenly to establish full adhesive contact. For best results, apply uniform pressure across the bonded area and allow the assembly to rest undisturbed to maximize bond performance.

Recommendations

Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. For temperature-sensitive substrates, verify compatibility and perform a small test before full application. Use hand rollers or press fixtures for large-area laminations to improve contact and long-term performance. Avoid exposure to solvents that may affect pressure-sensitive adhesives.
