Lindy 45605 sieťový kábel čierny 5 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

Cat.6 S/FTP network cable supporting bandwidths up to 250 MHz, designed for Ethernet standards up to 1GBase-T. The Lindy Cat.6 SSTP/S/FTP PIMF premium cable is 5.0 m long, black, and manufactured to ISO/IEC 11801 testing requirements. Its LSZH (halogen-free) outer sheath reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making it suitable for use in public and commercial indoor spaces.

Advantages

The shielded S/FTP construction (braid overall shield plus foil around each pair) provides improved protection against electromagnetic interference for stable Gigabit Ethernet and AV extension applications. Gold-plated contacts offer corrosion-resistant, long-term reliable connections, while a snagless strain-relief design protects the connector latch during installation and removal. Individually polybagged packaging preserves the cable condition until use.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet (1GBase-T) networks
• AV extension and multimedia installations
• Office and home network cabling
• Indoor public spaces where low smoke and halogen-free materials are required

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6 (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Cable type: S/FTP (braid overall shield + foil per pair, PIMF)
• Bandwidth / operating frequency: up to 250 MHz
• Maximum supported Ethernet: 1GBase-T
• Length: 5.0 m
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts
• Sheath material: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to your network device (switch, router, PC, AV equipment) and the other end to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks; the snagless design helps protect the latch when routing the cable through tight spaces. Route the cable away from strong sources of interference where possible and avoid sharp bends to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat.6 S/FTP cable in installations up to 5 m where Gigabit Ethernet or high-quality AV transmission is required. In environments with high electromagnetic interference, verify proper shielding termination at patch panels or connectors to maintain throughput and minimize crosstalk.
