Lindy 45606 sieťový kábel čierny 7,5 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

Cat.6 S/FTP networking cable designed for operating frequencies up to 250 MHz. This Lindy Cat.6 SSTP/S/FTP PIMF cable, 7.5 m in length and black in color, is manufactured and tested to ISO/IEC 11801 and intended for Gigabit Ethernet (1GBase-T) and AV extension applications. The cable uses foil shielding for each pair and an overall braid shield (S/FTP) and features gold-plated contacts and a snagless connector design. The halogen-free (LSZH) sheath reduces smoke and eliminates toxic halogen emissions, making the cable suitable for use in public spaces.

Advantages

Shielded S/FTP construction with pair foil and overall braid minimizes electromagnetic interference for stable high-speed data transmission up to 250 MHz. Gold-plated contacts provide corrosion resistance and long-term reliable connections. Snagless strain relief protects the connector latch during installation and removal. LSZH outer sheath reduces smoke and prevents halogen emissions, improving safety in enclosed or public environments.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet networks (1GBase-T)
• AV extension and distribution
• Office and home network cabling
• Installations in public buildings where low-smoke, halogen-free materials are required

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6 (ISO/IEC 11801)
• Shielding: S/FTP (foil per pair + overall braid)
• Bandwidth: up to 250 MHz
• Data rate: supports Ethernet up to 1 Gbps (1GBase-T)
• Length: 7.5 m
• Connector contacts: gold-plated
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ45 connector to your network device (switch, router, PC, AV extender) and the other connector to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure the connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks; the snagless strain relief protects the latch during plugging and unplugging. Route the cable avoiding excessive bending or crushing and keep it separated from high-power electrical cables to preserve shielding effectiveness.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat.6 S/FTP cable for short to medium runs up to 7.5 m in environments where interference reduction and low-smoke halogen-free materials are required. Test network links after installation to verify Gigabit connectivity and correct pair termination.
