Lindy 47747 Sieťový kábel zelený 1 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy RJ-45 Cat.6 S/FTP 1m Green networking cable is a 1 metre Ethernet patch cable designed for Gigabit networks using 10/100/1000Base-T(X) technology. The cable uses S/FTP (shielded twisted pair with overall braid and individual foil) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide corrosion resistance and reliable contact for stable data transmission. The green jacket offers clear visual identification in structured cabling or small office/home office setups.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding improves signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or electronic equipment. Cat.6 performance supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 connectors. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs help maintain consistent electrical contact and reduce contact resistance over time. The 1 m length minimises excess slack for tidy cable runs and the coloured jacket simplifies cable management and traceability.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers within racks or workstations
• Short patch connections in home, office or lab environments
• Environments requiring improved EMI protection and reduced crosstalk
• Color-coded structured cabling and easy visual identification

How to use

Plug one gold-plated RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into the network switch, router or wall socket. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Use the 1 m length for short patch runs between nearby devices; avoid excessive bending or sharp kinks in the cable to preserve performance. For best results, route the cable away from power lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference when possible.

Recommendations

Select this Cat.6 S/FTP cable when you need reliable Gigabit connectivity with improved shielding. Use colour-coded cables like this green variant to simplify maintenance and reduce the risk of disconnecting the wrong link.
