Lindy 47777 sieťový kábel čierny 1 m Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Lindy Rj45/Rj45 Cat6 1m networking cable provides a compact, shielded connection for Ethernet devices. Constructed as S/FTP (shielded foil around twisted pairs with an overall braid), this Cat6 cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk compared to unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent contact and corrosion resistance for reliable data transmission. At 1 meter length and finished in black, it is suited for short runs between routers, switches, patch panels and devices in home or office setups.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding improves signal integrity in environments with potential interference from other cables or electronic equipment. Cat6 specification supports Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000Base-T(X)) and offers headroom for higher frequency performance over short distances. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs provide stable connectivity and lower contact resistance. The 1 m length minimizes excess cable clutter while the black outer jacket blends with most installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting a desktop or laptop to a nearby router or network switch
• Short patch runs in office patch panels and network cabinets
• Linking gaming consoles, media players or smart TVs to wired Ethernet
• Temporary or permanent connections where a reliable Cat6 shielded cable is required

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your network device and the other connector into the router, switch or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; maintain the natural bend radius. If routing through cable management or behind furniture, confirm the cable is not pinched by doors or panels.

Recommendations

Use the Lindy Cat6 S/FTP cable for short, high-quality Ethernet runs where interference reduction is important. Keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and avoid bundling with power cables over long distances to preserve signal integrity.
