Magnetický pásik Franken M802 04 samolepiaci 1000 mm

The Franken M802 04 Self-adhesive magnetic strip is a 1000 mm long magnetic tape designed for easy attachment and visible identification. Manufactured from a durable polymer material with a bright yellow finish, the strip combines magnetic holding power with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for rapid installation on clean, flat surfaces. Its compact cross-section and flexible construction allow it to conform to slightly curved substrates while maintaining reliable grip on ferrous objects.

Advantages

This self-adhesive magnetic strip offers a straightforward installation process without the need for tools; its adhesive backing adheres quickly to prepared surfaces. The bright yellow color improves visibility in workshops or storage areas, aiding organization and safety. The polymer-based construction ensures resistance to wear from repeated handling and provides a consistent magnetic performance along the 1000 mm length. The strip’s flexibility makes it suitable for many mounting situations where rigid profiles would be impractical.

Suitable for

• Organizing metal tools in workshops or garages
• Mounting small ferrous parts for temporary storage
• Attaching signage or labels that require magnetic holding
• Creating magnetic strips inside cabinets or on workbenches
• Use in retail displays for holding lightweight metal items

Key specifications

• Length: 1000 mm
• Material: durable polymer with embedded magnetic particles
• Finish: bright yellow surface for high visibility
• Mounting: pressure-sensitive adhesive backing (self-adhesive)
• Cross-section: flexible strip compatible with slightly curved surfaces
• Package dimensions: approximately 100 mm × 160 mm × 11 mm

How to use

Prepare the mounting surface by cleaning it thoroughly to remove dust, oil, and loose particles; for best adhesion use a solvent suitable for the surface material and allow it to dry completely. Measure and mark the intended position, then peel away the protective liner from the adhesive side and press the magnetic strip firmly into place along its length, applying even pressure to ensure full contact. Allow the adhesive to set according to ambient conditions before placing heavy objects on the strip. For removal, gently pry an edge and peel the strip off; adhesive residue can be removed with an appropriate cleaner.

Recommendations

Avoid installing the magnetic strip on uneven, porous, or oily surfaces to maintain adhesive performance. Do not expose the strip to prolonged temperatures outside typical indoor ranges, and keep it away from strong corrosive chemicals. For long-term mounting, confirm the adhesive suitability for the specific substrate and consider mechanical fastening if the application involves significant loads or safety-critical use.
