How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder so they lie flat without folding. Use the assorted colours to divide papers by project, priority or subject. Store the folder upright on a shelf or inside a larger binder or briefcase. For documents that require additional protection, place the folder inside a plastic sleeve or combine it with a thicker cover.

Recommendations

To maintain the folder’s shape and appearance, avoid overfilling beyond its 2 mm depth and keep it away from prolonged exposure to moisture. For long-term archiving or frequent handling, consider using a reinforced or plastic-covered folder instead.
