The Herma Folder Cardboard Multicolour A3 is a rigid, cardboard document folder designed to store and protect A3-size papers. With external dimensions of approximately 335 mm width and 440 mm height, the folder accommodates unfolded A3 documents, drawings and larger-format printouts. The multicolour finish gives a distinct visual appearance for quick identification in storage or on a desk while maintaining the practical protection and flat support offered by a cardboard construction.

Advantages

This cardboard folder offers stable protection against bending and light surface wear while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The multicolour design helps visually separate different projects or categories of documents without labels. The folder's slightly rigid panels provide flat support for sheets, reducing creases and keeping documents presentable during transport or filing.

How to use

Place A3 documents inside the folder so that the long edge aligns with the folder's width. Close the folder gently to avoid sliding or creasing the top sheet. Stack folders flat or store vertically on a shelf for easy access. For transport, keep the folder inside a bag or parcel to protect against moisture and heavy impact.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, keep papers in acid-free sleeves before placing them in the cardboard folder to minimise discoloration. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and heavy weight on top of the folder to preserve its shape and protective qualities.
