How to use

Open the snap closure, insert A5 documents or folded sheets and press the snap to close. Arrange papers flat inside the folder without overfilling; close the snap to secure contents against dust and light moisture. For transport, place the closed folder in a bag, briefcase or drawer. Clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed; allow to dry before storing documents.

Recommendations

Store the folder away from prolonged direct sunlight and high heat to prevent deformation. Avoid inserting bulky objects that could strain the snap closure. For archival storage, combine with acid-free sleeves if long-term document preservation is required.
