Visací zámok MASTERLOCK šírka 30 mm, obalené masívne hliníkové telo, rôzne farby

MASTERLOCK 30 mm wide covered solid aluminium body padlock combines a compact footprint with corrosion-resistant materials for basic security of lockers, cabinets, storage units and light outdoor applications. The covered aluminium body reduces surface damage and helps protect internal components from moisture and debris while the 30 mm width keeps the lock compact for confined spaces. Supplied in assorted colours with two keys, this padlock is intended for users who need a small, weather-tolerant locking solution from a recognised brand.

Advantages

The solid aluminium body with a protective cover improves resistance to rust and surface wear without adding significant weight. A hardened steel shackle increases resistance to cutting attempts. The 4-pin cylinder design enhances protection against picking, while dual locking levers provide additional resistance to prying and hammering. Colour-matched keyheads and two supplied keys simplify key identification and use. The product is backed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Suitable for

• Lockers in gyms, schools and workplaces
• Storage cabinets and toolboxes
• Small gates and sheds with light exposure to weather
• Personal items and cases requiring a compact padlock

Key specifications

• Body material: solid aluminium with protective cover
• Body width: 30 mm
• Shackle material: hardened steel
• Locking mechanism: 4-pin cylinder with dual locking levers
• Keys: two keys included, colour-matched keyhead
• Intended use: indoor and light outdoor applications

How to use

Insert a supplied key into the cylinder and turn to retract the locking mechanism, opening the shackle. Place the shackle through the hasp or loop of the item to be secured and press the shackle into the body until it clicks and locks. Keep both included keys in a safe, accessible place; use the colour-matched keyhead to quickly identify the correct key. For routine operation, open and close the lock gently to avoid unnecessary strain on the mechanism.

Recommendations

For prolonged outdoor exposure, position the lock in a sheltered location where possible and perform occasional maintenance: wipe away dirt, apply a light lubricant to the shackle and keyway if movement becomes stiff, and inspect the cover for damage. Use the padlock within its intended small-scale security applications and replace if the mechanism shows signs of significant wear or corrosion.
