Tips

For best results, use focus peaking or magnification in your camera's live view to achieve critical sharpness. When shooting wide open at f/2.0, be mindful of the shallow depth of field—it's perfect for subject isolation but requires precise focusing. The manual aperture ring allows smooth exposure adjustments during video recording, making this lens a great choice for filmmakers on a budget.
