Key specifications

• Type: handheld moisture meter for wood
• Measurement target: timber, wooden panels, wooden structures
• Form factor: compact and portable handheld device
• Typical use: on-site moisture checks for preparation, installation and drying evaluation

How to use

Place the tester on or into the wooden surface according to the operating instructions supplied with the device and observe the displayed moisture value. For surface readings, position the measurement electrodes or sensor flat against the wood; for deeper checks, use the appropriate probe method if provided. Take multiple measurements in different areas of the workpiece to obtain a representative assessment. Compare the measured values to the recommended moisture range for the intended use (for example flooring installation or finishing) before proceeding with further work.
