How to use

Position the two nodes in complementary locations—one near the internet gateway and the second in an area where coverage is weak—to create overlapping wireless coverage. Power both units, connect one node to your modem or existing gateway via Ethernet if required, then follow the on‑screen prompts in the MSI Roamii app or the web interface to complete initial setup. During normal operation, devices will connect automatically to the strongest node; the system handles handoffs and optimizes channel use without user intervention. Regularly check the app or web UI for firmware updates and performance diagnostics.

Recommendations

Place nodes at open, elevated positions away from large metal objects and thick concrete walls to maximize coverage and minimize interference. For best performance, avoid placing both units in the same room; instead, distribute them to cover different areas. Use the app’s placement or signal‑strength tools (if available) to fine‑tune node locations and run firmware updates to keep security and stability current.
