How to use

Connect the Omnitronic Key-25 to a computer or compatible device using a USB cable. The controller is recognized by most operating systems and DAW software as a MIDI input device, enabling immediate use without additional drivers in many setups. Use the keys to play notes and control virtual instruments, and map the controller in your DAW to assign parameters or transport controls where supported. For best results, configure MIDI input settings in your software to ensure proper channel and device selection.

Recommendations

Place the controller on a stable surface and keep the USB cable free of tension to avoid accidental disconnection during performance. When using with a laptop on battery power, monitor system resources to prevent audio dropouts. For extended sessions, pair the Key-25 with a sustain pedal or external controller modules if additional expression or controls are required.
