Modulárny spoj ROLINE RJ-45 Cat.6 tienený strieborný

The ROLINE RJ-45 Cat.6 Shielded Coupler in silver is a compact adapter that links two RJ-45 Cat.6 Ethernet cables. Its shielded metal housing protects signals from electrical and magnetic interference, enabling stable Gigabit-capable connections where a direct cable run is not possible or an extension is needed.

Advantages

The metal shield reduces electromagnetic interference and helps maintain signal integrity. With eight 1:1 connected contacts it preserves standard Cat.6 wiring and supports high-speed data transmission. The compact silver housing provides a durable and space-saving solution for extending or joining Ethernet cables.

Suitable for

• Extending Cat.6 Ethernet cables
• Joining two RJ-45 terminated network cables
• Temporary network setups and quick cable reconfiguration
• Environments where shielding against interference is required

Key specifications

How to use

Insert an RJ-45 terminated Cat.6 cable into one port and a second RJ-45 terminated Cat.6 cable into the opposite port until each connector clicks into place. Ensure both cables use the same wiring standard (T568A or T568B) to maintain correct pin mapping. Once connected, verify link status on connected network devices to confirm a valid connection.

Recommendations

Use the coupler for short-term or emergency extensions rather than permanent in-wall installations. For optimal performance, avoid bending or stressing the connected cables near the coupler and ensure the connected cables are Cat.6 or better and properly shielded if used in high-interference environments.
