Momentový skrutkovač Wiha TorqueFix Single 26129

The Wiha TorqueFix Single 26129 is a one-way torque screwdriver designed to deliver precise, pre-set torque for repetitive fastening tasks. Compact and lightweight, it combines an ergonomic SoftFinish® handle with audible feedback when the set torque is reached. Supplied in a plastic storage box with a factory calibration certificate, it is intended for use with Wiha torque interchangeable blades (bits sold separately).

Advantages

The pre-set torque reduces the risk of warranty claims and prevents damage to materials by ensuring the correct tightening force. The patented SoftFinish® handle design reduces strain on hands and muscles and is recommended by medical professionals from the German Campaign for Healthier Backs. The tool improves process reliability for repetitive work with its consistent torque output and provides an audible and tactile click when the set torque is attained. It meets DIN EN ISO 6789 and offers ±6% accuracy traceable to national standards.

How to use

Select a compatible Wiha torque interchangeable blade and insert it into the screwdriver. Use the tool on the fastener until you hear and feel the audible click, which indicates the pre-set torque has been reached. The one-way mechanism applies the set torque in the intended direction; follow component manufacturer's torque recommendations and use appropriate blades for the screw type and size. For routine traceability, keep the factory calibration certificate with your quality records.

Recommendations

For accurate results, use the TorqueFix Single with Wiha torque interchangeable blades and choose a pre-set torque appropriate for the fastener and material. If you require a different pre-set torque between 0.15 and 8 Nm, contact the supplier to order a customer-specific setting. Store the tool in its plastic box and retain the calibration certificate for audit or maintenance purposes.
