Key specifications

How to use

Set the torque value on the adjustment mechanism according to the required specification, insert the appropriate bit for the fastener, position the bit in the fastener head and apply steady manual force until the tool indicates the set torque has been reached. After reaching the preset torque the tool will slip or signal completion according to its mechanical design, preventing further increase in torque. Verify torque settings periodically and recalibrate according to the manufacturer's instructions or your quality procedures.

Recommendations

For consistent results, select the correct bit size and type for the fastener, confirm the required torque values from component specifications, and perform periodic checks of the torque setting. Store the tool in a dry, dust-free environment and avoid impacts that could alter calibration.
