Montážna sada DELOCK 67459 čierny kovový panel s držiakmi na viazacie pásky pre 19-palcový rack 0,5HE

The Delock 19" black metal panel is a 0.5U mounting kit for standard 19" racks that provides organised cable management in server cabinets, network closets and other rack installations. It is designed to save space while keeping patch, power and data cables neatly routed and secured.

Advantages

The half-height metal construction offers durability and a compact footprint, allowing installation in dense rack environments. Integrated cable-tie fastening points enable secure attachment and strain relief for cables, reducing clutter and improving access for maintenance.

Suitable for

• Organisation of patch, power and data cables in 19" racks
• Server cabinets and network racks with limited vertical space
• Small network closets and telecommunications cabinets

When it may not be suitable

This panel provides basic passive cable management and is not a replacement for specialised cable trays or channels when large bundles or active routing features are required. It also does not include ports, connectors or integrated power distribution components.

Key specifications

• Rack unit height: 0.5U (half-height)
• Material: metal
• Colour: black
• Mounting: fits standard 19" rack
• Includes integrated cable-tie fastening points for strain relief
• Quantity: 1 piece

How to use

Install the panel in a vacant 0.5U space of a standard 19" rack using appropriate rack screws. Route cables through the panel openings and secure them to the integrated fastening points with cable ties to achieve strain relief and tidy routing. Verify that cables are not overly tightened to avoid damaging conductors or connectors.

What to consider before purchase

• Check available rack space and confirm a 0.5U opening is acceptable
• Ensure the panel's passive cable management features match your routing needs
• Plan for additional cable management accessories if you have large cable bundles

Recommendations

Use standard rack mounting hardware for secure installation and apply cable ties at regular intervals to maintain organised cable paths while avoiding excessive tension on individual cables.
