Montážne lepiace podložky pre káblové viazače InLine 40×40 mm čierna, 10 kusov

Adhesive cable tie mounts InLine 40×40 mm black, pack of 10 are self-adhesive mounting bases designed to secure cable ties to flat surfaces without drilling. Each 40×40 mm mount provides a stable anchor point for organizing and routing cables in cabinets, behind equipment, on walls or other smooth substrates. The black finish blends with darker installations and is compatible with standard cable ties up to 10 mm wide.

Advantages

These adhesive mounts allow fast, tool-free attachment of cable ties, reducing installation time and avoiding surface damage from screws or anchors. Their compact square design offers reliable hold while minimizing visual impact. The strong pressure-sensitive adhesive backing ensures firm adhesion to clean, smooth surfaces; the mounts are suitable for use in confined spaces and where temporary or permanent cable fixing is required.

How to use

Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil and moisture before application. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive backing and press the mount firmly onto the flat surface for several seconds to ensure contact. Allow adhesive to set according to ambient temperature and avoid stressing the bond immediately. Thread a cable tie through the mount slot and secure cables, trimming the tie to the desired length.

Recommendations

For best adhesion, apply mounts to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as painted metal, plastics or finished wood at temperatures above 10°C. Avoid application to rough, dirty, wet or low-energy surfaces (e.g., some polyethylenes). For heavier cable bundles or critical installations, supplement adhesive mounts with mechanical fasteners or choose mounts placed at shorter intervals to distribute load.
