Montážny držiak Rittal 4595.000, oceľ, strieborný, 4 kusy

Rittal 4595.000 mounting bracket, steel, silver, pack of 4 is a set of durable support brackets designed for secure installation of cabinets, racks and enclosure components. Manufactured from steel with a corrosion-resistant silver finish, the brackets are intended for wall mounting of low-depth TS and ES enclosures at the roof, and they provide stable support where heavy components on the door or built-in swing frames require additional reinforcement. Pack contents include four identical steel brackets with a combined package weight of approximately 1.12 kg.

Advantages

The steel construction provides high load-bearing capacity and long-term mechanical stability while the silver finish offers corrosion resistance and a neutral appearance compatible with standard industrial enclosures. Supplied as a set of four, the brackets allow consistent mounting across multiple mounting points and simplify replacement or retrofit tasks. The design is suitable for supporting doors and swing frames, reducing stress on enclosure walls and improving overall equipment security.

How to use

Position each bracket at the designated mounting points on the enclosure roof or wall according to the enclosure manufacturer's mounting layout. Secure the bracket to the enclosure and the mounting surface using appropriate fasteners for the wall substrate and enclosure material; select fasteners with suitable strength and corrosion protection. After fixing the brackets, mount the enclosure, panel or swing frame and verify alignment and load distribution. Tighten all fasteners to the torque values recommended for the chosen screws and check that the assembly holds heavy door components without excessive deflection.

Recommendations

Use compatible stainless or zinc-plated fasteners sized for the bracket holes and the mounting surface. Inspect mounting points periodically, especially when the enclosure carries heavy door-mounted equipment or swing frames, and re-tighten or replace fasteners if corrosion or loosening is detected.
