How to use

Hold the Unold 488990 disher scoop by the plastic handle and press the stainless steel head into the frozen or chilled dessert to form a portion. Use a smooth twisting motion if necessary to release the portion cleanly. For soft mixtures, scrape the head along the inside of the container to collect a uniform serving. After use, wash the scoop with warm soapy water or place it on the top rack of a dishwasher if the manufacturer's care instructions allow; dry thoroughly before storage.

Recommendations

For best portion consistency when serving ice cream or sorbet, slightly warm the stainless steel head by rinsing it briefly in warm water, then dry; this can help the scoop glide more easily through frozen desserts. Store the scoop in a dry place to prevent any damage to the plastic handle and to maintain hygiene.
