Náhradný list Silky BIGBOY 360 360 mm šírka 1,3 mm hĺbka

The Silky BIGBOY 360 replacement blade is a professional-grade pruning saw blade engineered for efficient cutting of branches and woody material. With a length of 360 mm and a cutting depth of 1.3 mm, this blade combines a wide cutting profile with a slim kerf to deliver smooth, accurate cuts while minimising material waste. The blade’s 140 g weight makes it easy to handle and suitable for use in handheld pruning saws or compatible folding saw frames. Designed to be universal in fit, it provides a straightforward spare or upgrade option for gardeners and landscape professionals who require reliable cutting performance.

Advantages

The BIGBOY 360 blade offers a balance of cutting width and low cutting resistance, enabling faster progress through green and dry wood. Its 1.3 mm depth reduces the force needed per stroke, while the broader 360 mm length increases reach and cutting capacity. The lightweight construction improves manoeuvrability during extended use and reduces user fatigue compared with heavier alternatives. Compliance with Silky’s production standards results in consistent tooth geometry and hardening for sustained sharpness and longer service life.

Suitable for

• Pruning small to medium branches in gardens and orchards
• Tree trimming and crown maintenance
• Landscaping tasks requiring precise manual cuts
• Replacement blade for compatible folding or fixed-handle pruning saws

Key specifications

• Blade length: 360 mm
• Cutting depth (kerf): 1.3 mm
• Net weight: approximately 140 g
• Material: hardened steel with precision-ground teeth
• Tooth design: aggressive tooth geometry for efficient cutting of green and dry wood

How to use

Install the replacement blade according to the instructions of the compatible saw handle or frame, ensuring that the locking mechanism is fully engaged before use. Use smooth, controlled strokes and allow the saw teeth to do the cutting rather than applying excessive force. Position the branch to be cut at a comfortable reach and maintain a stable stance. After each use, remove sap and debris from the teeth and store the blade in a dry place to prevent corrosion. Inspect the blade periodically for wear or damage and replace when cutting performance deteriorates.

Recommendations

The blade is intended for manual pruning and woodworking tasks; avoid cutting metal, wire, or materials outside the manufacturer’s intended use. For increased safety, wear appropriate hand protection and eye protection while cutting, and follow standard tree-work safety practices. For prolonged storage, coat the blade with a light protective oil to preserve the cutting edge and prevent rust.
