Náhradný list Silky BIGBOY 360 360 mm šírka 1,1 mm hĺbka 140 g hmotnosť

The Silky BIGBOY 360 replacement blade is a straight pruning saw blade designed for medium and heavy pruning tasks. Measuring 360 mm in length and 1.1 mm in blade thickness, this replacement blade weighs approximately 140 g and is intended for use with compatible Silky-style pruning saw handles and a range of other brands that accept similar blade attachments. The blade geometry and hardened tooth configuration provide consistent cutting performance on green and dry wood, making it suitable for garden maintenance and professional pruning applications.

Advantages

This replacement blade combines a long 360 mm cutting length with a slim 1.1 mm kerf to balance cutting speed and material removal. At about 140 g, the blade is lightweight for easy handling while still providing the rigidity needed for controlled cuts. Its tooth profile and heat treatment deliver reliable bite and edge retention across repeated pruning operations, and the straight form supports efficient cutting strokes without excessive binding.

Suitable for

• Pruning branches and small limbs in home gardens
• Orchard and vineyard maintenance where precise cutting is required
• Tree care and arborist light-duty pruning work
• Replacement for worn or damaged blades on compatible pruning saw handles

Key specifications

• Overall blade length: 360 mm
• Blade thickness: 1.1 mm
• Weight: approximately 140 g
• Blade form: straight pruning saw blade
• Material and treatment: hardened cutting edge suitable for green and dry wood

How to use

Install the Silky BIGBOY 360 replacement blade by aligning it with the attachment points of a compatible pruning saw handle and securing it according to the handle manufacturer’s instructions. Use smooth, controlled strokes and let the blade do the cutting; avoid forcing the blade through large-diameter wood. For best cutting action, cut from the outer part of the branch toward the trunk when making pruning cuts, and complete thicker cuts with a three-cut method if required to prevent bark tearing.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the blade for signs of wear, nicks, or corrosion. Clean sap and debris after use and keep the blade dry and lightly oiled for storage. Replace the blade when cuts become slower or the teeth show visible damage to maintain efficient and safe pruning performance.
