Bachmann DESK2 is a compact desktop power module designed for office desks, workstations and meeting areas. It integrates two CEE7/3 mains sockets and a USB power output with USB‑C to USB‑C charging capability up to 100 W. The module connects to the building power distribution via a GST18 connector with a short 0.2 m cable, providing a tidy, low-profile solution for powering laptops, mobile devices and small appliances while reducing cable clutter on the desk surface.

Advantages

The unit combines traditional mains sockets and high‑power USB charging in a single enclosure, enabling simultaneous connection of two mains devices plus a USB‑C powered device. USB‑C power delivery up to 100 W supports fast charging for compatible laptops and high‑current accessories. The GST18 connector and the short 0.2 m lead simplify installation into modular furniture or power rails and help maintain an organized workspace. The black finish offers a neutral appearance suitable for a variety of interior styles.

Connect the GST18 lead to the corresponding GST18 inlet in the building or furniture power distribution system. Plug mains devices into the CEE7/3 sockets and connect USB‑C devices using a suitable USB‑C cable to enable power delivery up to 100 W. Ensure connected equipment and cables are compatible with the stated power ratings before use.

Recommendations

Use a certified USB‑C cable rated for the required power to achieve full 100 W delivery. Verify that the furniture or distribution system provides a compatible GST18 inlet and sufficient circuit capacity. Avoid overloading the combined outputs by checking the power requirements of all connected devices and distribute loads across sockets appropriately.
