Its USB-C interface enables a reversible connection and simplified cable management. The compact enclosure and light weight improve portability and make the adapter easy to store in a bag or carry-on. Built-in protection features help guard against overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit conditions, delivering reliable power during routine use.

Suitable for

• Charging compatible HP laptops that accept USB-C power delivery
• Using as a travel charger or secondary/home charger
• Powering USB-C peripherals that require up to 65 W input
• Replacing a lost or damaged original HP USB-C adapter

• Connector type: USB-C (power delivery)
• Input: AC mains (standard regional voltage compatibility)
• Form factor: compact, single-cable design
• Protection: overcurrent, overvoltage and short-circuit safeguards

How to use

Connect the adapter to an AC mains outlet using the appropriate regional plug or mains cable. Plug the USB-C connector into the laptop or compatible device’s USB-C power port until it seats securely. Use the adapter on stable surfaces and avoid exposing it to liquids, extreme temperatures or prolonged direct sunlight.

Recommendations

Use the adapter with devices that support USB-C power delivery and accept 65 W charging. For optimal performance, use the original or certified USB-C cable and ensure the laptop’s firmware supports USB-C charging. If the device reports slow charging, verify the device power requirements and consider using the adapter as a secondary charger for light-duty charging rather than for maximum performance tasks.
