Naparážacia žehlička Philips DST3011/20 — 2100 W, keramická žehliaca plocha, 0,3 L nádržka, 1,9 m kábel, modrá

The Philips DST3011/20 steam iron provides 2100 W of heating power and a ceramic soleplate designed for smooth gliding and even heat distribution. The compact appliance features a 0.3 L water tank, vertical steam function and a 1.9 m power cord to support flexible movement while ironing. With a weight of 1.2 kg and a modest footprint, this blue steam iron is intended for regular home garment care and convenient storage.

Advantages

The ceramic soleplate reduces sticking and promotes consistent heat across the surface, enabling easier removal of wrinkles. High power output ensures faster heating and steady steam delivery. A built-in vertical steam function allows refreshing hanging garments and removing creases from curtains and suits without an ironing board. The relatively small water tank and light weight make the iron easy to handle and store after use.

How to use

Fill the water tank up to the indicated level before connecting the iron to the mains. Select an appropriate temperature setting for the fabric being ironed and allow the iron to heat until the ready indicator is reached. For standard ironing, move the iron smoothly over the fabric using light pressure; for vertical steaming, hold the iron upright at a short distance from the garment and apply short bursts of steam to relax wrinkles. Empty the water tank after use if the iron will be stored for an extended period.

Recommendations

Use distilled or demineralised water if your local water supply is hard to reduce limescale buildup. Pre-sort garments by recommended ironing temperature and start with the lowest heat setting for delicate fabrics. Regularly wipe the ceramic soleplate when cool and follow manufacturer maintenance instructions to preserve steam performance and extend the appliance life.
