How to use

Install the Respekta Selena as a wall-mounted hood in accordance with local electrical and building regulations. For ducted operation connect suitable ducting to the top exhaust outlet; for recirculating use fit the charcoal element provided. Use the touch controls to select the required extraction speed; start the fan a few minutes before intensive cooking and leave it running briefly after cooking to remove residual odors and steam. Use the integrated LED lights to illuminate the cooking surface during use.

Recommendations
