Berker 16258989 is a screwless, one-piece wall plate and switch cover in white plastic designed to provide a clean, minimal finish for compatible Berker switch mechanisms. The cover is supplied as a single component and fits standard mounting frames from the same product family, creating a seamless surface that is easy to wipe clean and integrate into residential or commercial interiors.

Advantages

The screwless design eliminates visible fasteners for a smooth aesthetic, while the single-piece plastic construction offers lightweight handling and simple alignment during installation. The white finish provides neutral color matching with most interior schemes and makes maintenance straightforward because the flat surface resists dust accumulation and can be cleaned with common non-abrasive household cleaners.

How to use

Switch off power to the circuit before attempting installation. Remove any previous cover from the mounting frame and position the Berker one-piece plate over the installed mechanism, aligning the fixing points with the frame. Press the cover gently into place until it snaps or seats securely according to the compatible mounting system. After installation, restore power and check switch or socket operation to ensure correct fit and function.

Recommendations

Use mild, non-abrasive cleaning agents and a soft cloth for routine maintenance. Avoid using strong solvents, abrasive pads or high-pressure water. Verify compatibility with existing Berker mechanisms before purchase to ensure proper fit and electrical safety.
