How to use

Switch off power to the circuit before removing the existing cover. Unscrew and remove the previous plate, then align the Busch‑Jaeger 1725-0-1561 cover over the installed mechanism so that the screw holes and actuator openings match. Secure the plate using the existing screws or those provided with the switch mechanism, and restore power. Verify that switches and controls operate without obstruction and that the plate sits flush to the wall.

Recommendations

For safe installation, ensure power is switched off at the circuit breaker. Use appropriate-sized screws and avoid over-tightening to prevent cracking the plate. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
