How to use

Position the one-piece cover plate over the installed switch frame and secure it according to the switch manufacturer's mounting method. If an opening for a connection box is required, break out the appropriate section of the cover plate and fit it over the connection box (for example UAE/IAE (ISDN)). Ensure wiring and mounting comply with local electrical regulations and, if unsure, consult a qualified electrician.

Recommendations

Use the cover plate to achieve a uniform appearance for switches and to protect switch mechanisms. When breaking out sections for connection boxes, remove only the necessary portions and check that edges are smooth and unobstructed before final installation.
