Nástenné montážne puzdro Rittal SZ 2379.600 — 8U rack, biela, hliník/oceľ, 482,6×126×355 mm

Rittal SZ 2379.600 is a wall-mounted enclosure with an 8U rack capacity, designed for installation of networking and electronic equipment in confined spaces. The cabinet combines aluminium and steel construction with a white finish and measures 482.6 × 126 × 355 mm (W × D × H). It provides a compact, secure housing for patch panels, switches, small servers and control components where space-saving wall mounting and standardized 19-inch rack compatibility are required.

Advantages

The enclosure's mixed aluminium and steel construction balances weight and durability, providing corrosion resistance where aluminium is used and structural strength from steel components. Its 8U 19-inch rack format allows installation of standard rack-mount modules while the shallow 126 mm depth makes it suitable for tight installations. The white finish supports neutral integration into office, telecom or industrial environments. The wall-mount design saves floor space and enables equipment to be positioned at convenient heights for access and cable routing.

Key specifications

How to use

Prepare a load-bearing, level wall surface and mark fixing points at appropriate height for access and cable entry. Secure the enclosure to the wall using anchors or bolts rated for the wall material and the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment. Install 19-inch rack rails or mounting profiles inside the cabinet if not pre-fitted, then mount rack-compatible devices using standard rack screws. Route power and network cabling through designated entry points, maintain bend radii for cables and fasten cables to the cabinet to avoid strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Verify the depth and cooling requirements of installed equipment before mounting; the shallow 126 mm depth is suitable for patch panels, low-profile switches and slim devices but may not accommodate deep servers or power supplies. Allow adequate ventilation clearance and consider adding passive ventilation or forced-air solutions if heat-generating devices are installed. Use appropriate grounding and observe local electrical and safety regulations when connecting powered equipment.
