The DIGITUS® Unique Series wall mounted rack DN-19 20-U is a 20U network cabinet designed for indoor IT infrastructure. Constructed from up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel and finished with electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) or jet black (RAL 9005), the cabinet measures 600 × 450 mm, supports a maximum load of 100 kg and has an IP20 rating. The unit includes adjustable 483 mm (19") profile rails, a lockable safety-glass front door with steel frame, removable and lockable side panels, and pre-cut cable inlets on the roof, back wall and floor for flexible cabling.

How to use

Mount the cabinet by first bolting the housing frame plate to a suitable load-bearing wall, then attach the cabinet housing to the frame. Adjust the depth of the 19" profile rails to accommodate your equipment and secure them at the required rack units. Route cables through the sliding roof inlet or the pre-cut back and floor inlets, seal as needed. Install the front door and side panels and lock them after equipment is placed. If required, convert the unit to a free-standing cabinet using optional levelling feet or casters.

Recommendations

Install the wall mounted rack on a structurally sound wall capable of supporting the cabinet plus installed equipment. Maintain proper airflow by using the prepared roof area for fan modules if heat-generating equipment is installed. Adhere to the 100 kg maximum load rating and distribute weight evenly across the rails.
